Why She Sizzles: Although Cassandra Peterson officially passed the “Elvira crown” to April Wahlin on Halloween last year, Cassandra still appears in full-chested flush when she can—and she looks great.
When We First Fell in Love: Elvira burst onto the scene in the early 80’s. as the host of Movie Macabre. Audiences loved the Valley Girl Goth character so much she appeared in Coors Light commercials.
Career Highlights: Elvira, Mistress of the Dark (1988) was an international success.
Career Lowlights: CBS filmed a pilot episode for an Elvira sitcom, but there was too much boobage for broadcast TV and the project was shelved. She was also sued by Maila Urmi, the original “Vampira,” for alleged unauthorized use of her likeness.
